MT Cramond, MT Hopetoun and MT Dalmeny - Firth of Forth

Targe Towing Limited, created in 1991, currently operates 13 tugs. Four are based in the North East of Scotland Ports providing a dedicated towage service for Aberdeen, Dundee and Peterhead.

Targe has operated two ASD tugs at BP and Rio Tinto's coal terminal (now Bumi Resources) in East Kalimantan, Indonesia since its launch in 1991.

Since 1993 Targe has operated 3 State-of-the-Art ASD tugs on behalf of BP Exploration at the Hound Point Terminal on the Firth of Forth including the most powerful terminal docking tug to be built, HOPETOUN, at 124 tonnes Bollard Pull.

In 2005 Targe contracted with BP to operate 3 ASD tugs at the Coryton Refinery, Essex. Following BP's sale of the refinery to Petroplus of Zug, Switzerland in 2007, Targe took ownership of the three Damen 3211, Escot FiFi, 70 tonne Bollard Pull tugs.
